We accept most major PPO medical insurance plans. As a courtesy to our clients, Jackson Jade direct bills your insurance company. Please contact us for an insurance verification of your policy’s benefits and eligibility, number of allowable visits, and estimated cost for services.
Jackson Jade accepts fee for service (private pay).
Jackson Jade is a provider for the Harbor Regional Center and qualifying children for neighboring Regional Center clients.
Jackson Jade accepts school district funding for individuals eligible through their district.
For your convenience, Jackson Jade accepts cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express as method of payments.
